Our philosophy is simple

Healthy skin first. Balanced, natural enhancements second. Confidence always.

We focus on personalised treatment planning, taking the time to understand your skin, your concerns and your goals.

Rather than following trends, we prioritise subtle, considered approaches that respect your natural features and individual anatomy.

Georgie - Owner/Founder

Georgie is the Owner and Founder of The Face Philosophy, bringing over 25 years of nursing experience to the clinic. Her clinical background spans high-acuity environments including Emergency, ICU and Theatre at St John of God Murdoch Hospital, where she developed a deep appreciation for precision, patient safety and compassionate care.

Her transition into aesthetic nursing was a natural evolution — combining her strong clinical foundation with an eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Georgie is experienced across all treatments offered at The Face Philosophy, with a particular love for facial balancing, appreciating the subtle, refined results it can achieve when thoughtfully planned.

She believes in a holistic, full-face approach and is known for her thorough consultations. Georgie takes the time to assess all areas, discuss long-term goals and create personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual. Her focus is always on balanced, natural-looking outcomes delivered with care and integrity.

Outside of the clinic, Georgie is a proud wife to James and mum to three beautiful daughters — Mia, Charlie and Isla — along with their mischievous dog, Hudson. Her coffee order is a flat white with almond milk, and on weekends you’ll likely find her enjoying a cheeky margarita with friends and family.

Sibila - Aesthetic Nurse

Sibila is one of our experienced nurses at The Face Philosophy, bringing both skill and a familiar face to the clinic. She officially joined the team in 2021, but her connection with Georgie goes back much further—they worked together for over 10 years in recovery at St John of God Hospital. What brought her here was a mix of aligned values, perfect timing, and a little bit of kismet.

Sharing a similar approach centred around natural, considered results and patient education, The Face Philosophy felt like the perfect place for Sibila to combine her clinical expertise with her creative side.

Before nursing, Sibila’s world was on stage. She trained in ballet before moving into commercial dance, spending years performing and teaching right up until she had her daughter. That background shaped her eye for detail, creativity, and passion for helping people feel confident, something that naturally carries through into her work with patients today. With years of nursing experience behind her, she brings a calm, thoughtful approach that instantly puts people at ease.

A mum to Sadie and Bobby, Sibila balances busy clinic days with family life, fuelled by whatever coffee she’s in the mood for that day, she's not loyal to one…her coffee order changes daily (which feels very on brand).
After hours, a glass of champagne is hard to beat—but she also won’t say no to a perfectly chilled red.

Emma - Aesthetic Nurse

Registered Nurse in 2010 and went on to complete her post graduate studies in Clinical Nursing in 2011. With over a decade in nursing, Emma offers a calm, knowledgeable approach that makes patients feel instantly comfortable and cared for.

Before stepping into nursing, Emma spent six years as a beauty therapist, where she developed a special love for makeup artistry. That background, combined with her clinical experience, gives her a well-rounded eye for detail and a strong appreciation for natural, balanced results. She’s especially passionate about skin treatments, believing that building a healthy, glowing base enhances everything else we do. Long term, she loves microneedling (especially with a meso add-on), and for an instant glow, an enzyme treatment is always a favourite.

Emma’s journey to The Face Philosophy feels a little like subconscious manifestation. She always knew she wanted to move into cosmetic nursing—even back in her beauty therapist days—but also knew how hard the industry can be to break into, especially working part time as a mum. Having worked alongside Georgie and Sibila in hospital for around 14 years, and admiring everything TFP stands for—honesty, natural results, and a calm, welcoming environment—it was always her dream clinic. So when the opportunity came up, it was an immediate yes (no overthinking required), and the rest is history.

Usually powered by an almond cap (or an almond vanilla latte when she’s feeling a little bougie—often alongside Sibila), Emma brings a relaxed, friendly energy to every day in clinic. After hours, she’s a margarita or sour girl at heart—but will happily say yes to bubbles or an appletini too.

Mia - Clinic Co-ordinator

Mia is one of our Clinic Co-ordinators, she was drawn to The Face Philosophy because of her passion for organisation and attention to detail as well as her love for helping people. Outside of The Face Philosophy you'll find Mia studying hard at Uni or keeping active, whether that be at the gym, enjoying the outdoors, or spending a day at the beach. Her Favourite drink to fuel her day is a good vanilla iced latte!

Mia's favourite treatment to receive is microneedling, she struggled with acne and scarring, and now she has seen firsthand how the right skincare and this treatment can transform her skin. At work, nothing makes me smile more than the incredible environment created by the girls here. Mia loves to connect with our patients and see the boost in confidence that comes with their results; seeing them leave happy is truly the best part of her day!

Bec - Clinic Co-ordinator

Bec is the friendly face keeping everything running smoothly at The Face Philosophy. With a background as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, she brings a wealth of experience in organisation, efficiency, and getting things just right - which, luckily for us, she absolutely loves. What started as “just helping out” quickly turned into something more permanent (we weren’t letting her go that easily), and she’s now a core part of the clinic alongside our nurses and fellow coordinator, Mia.

A busy mum of two girls (and one very loved cavoodle, Bruno), Bec somehow still finds time for her creative side with cake making and decorating and never says no to being our go-to treatment model. Powered by a long mac topped up with almond during the day and a spicy margarita (the spicier, the better) after hours, Bec brings warmth, humour, and a whole lot of heart to the clinic every day.
